Engagement Parties

Back Bar’s function rooms are the perfect location for celebrating an Engagement Party and provide one of the most unique and stylish Engagement Party Venues Melbourne has to offer. With 15 years of hosting engagement events, we offer experience, creativity and attention to detail to create an engagement party that is seamlessly designed just for you.

Choose to hire one of our function rooms privately for your engagement celebrations, or simply book in with a guest list, we offer a number of options for hosting your special event.

Our two function rooms allow us to cater for engagement parties of up to a maximum of 110 guests. Our smaller Red Lounge can accommodate up to 60 guests whilst our larger Gold Lounge can host up to 110 guests. Each room is air-conditioned, has their own bathroom facilities and a fully stocked cocktail bar.

Private hire of our function rooms includes security on the front door as well as use of all of the room’s facilities. Bring your own music along on an iPod which can plug directly into our sound system, or arrange for a Dj to play with a complete set of Dj equipment available for use. You may also like to have a slide show of photos playing in the background with two TV screens located in each of our function rooms. There is also a microphone available for engagement speeches.

We offer an extensive canape menu to cater for your function’s food requirements, whilst you are welcome to bring your own engagement cake along.
