Back Bar’s function rooms offer the following options for hosting your event:
VIP Function
A Back Bar ‘VIP Function’ offers you a guest list on our door and provides guaranteed entry for your guests before 9.30pm. There is no room hire fee or minimum bar spend requirement. The bar stays open to the public, however should the venue become busy prior to 9.30pm we close entry to other guests to reserve capacity within the room for your group.
Private Function
A Back Bar ‘Private Function’ allows you to enjoy the lounge exclusively for your party with your choice of finish time for your event. This means that you can choose to celebrate privately from 4 to 7 hours. Our private hire period generally starts at 8pm with your choice of a 12am, 1am, 2am or 3am finish time. At the end of the private hire period your guests are welcome to stay and continue your celebrations at Back Bar, with the doors just opening to the public at this time.
Corporate Function
Fully tailored Corporate Function packages are available upon request. The Back Bar team are at our best creating unique and custom events that culminate in an unforgettable experience for you and your clients. Talk to us about what you want to achieve and we will do the rest.
Team Building & Social Events
Back Bar’s Social Events offer a unique team building experience or fun way to start an evening celebrating a birthday, hens party or other event with a group of friends. Choose from our Cocktail Making Class or from our other hens party ideas.
